Fusilli con la salsiccia

After a long day at work, sometimes I don't want to spend forever cooking dinner. This dish has few ingredients, tastes delicious and can be on the dinner table in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

150 grams Fusilli - I use De Cecco 
6 good quality sausages - use whichever kind you prefer
1 onion, sliced thinly
150ml soured cream
1tbs wholegrain mustard
large handful of fresh rocket leaves
Grated Grana Padano

Method

Boil the pasta as per packet instructions. 
While the pasta is cooking, grill the sausages until cooked through.
In a hot pan, gently fry the sliced onions until softened.

Once the sausages are cooked, slice into bite-size chunks.
Drain the cooked pasta, add the sausage, soured cream, onion and rocket.
Stir all ingredients together, grate some fresh Grana Padano into the mix and serve.
