Chinese Year of the Dragon

Ok, I know that Chinese New Year was last week but I haven't had the chance to put Chinese on the menu until today.
The great thing about preparing Chinese food at home is that you can throw any assortment of your favourite veg and/or meat in to a smoking hot wok, add noodles or rice, cook through before pouring on, hoisin or plum or oyster sauce and ten minutes later you're ready to serve.

Don't get me wrong, It isn't as good as your favourite local takeaway or restaurant, but it is still fresh, tasty and delicious!

Tonight, Stir-fried Noodles with Chicken and Hoisin Sauce hit the spot.

Always make sure that you have noodles, rice, and a few sauces to hand just in case you need a easy to prepare dinner in a rush.
