With the FIFA World Cup 2014 now under way, the beer manufacturers are certain to make a lot of money as football fans settle down at home or flock to their local bars to watch the 67 televised football matches.
Over the coming three weeks, I have set myself a challenge of trying to drink a beer from each of the competing 32 nations. It will be relatively easy to source beers from the majority of the competing countries but some will be a little more difficult. Hopefully with the help of independent off licences, and the assistance of fans and followers on social media, I manage to find something from each of the 32.
I will post up a little review of each of the beers, as well as information on where I have managed to source each of the bottles. You can keep up to date on my challenge on both Facebook and Twitter, plus I'll be interested to know what you are drinking as you watch your favourite teams compete in Brazil.
