An evening of luxury and provenance with Gordon Castle and Hutchesons Bar and Brasserie

Gerry's Kitchen, Gordon Castle Gin, Hutchesons Bar & Grill
Gordon Castle Scotland and Hutchesons Bar and Brasserie have teamed up to host an intimate dining experience on 21st April that will give diners the opportunity to discover the luxury Speyside brand in the comfort of Hutcheson's stunning Grande Brasserie on Glasgow's Ingram Street.

The evening will indulge diners in a delicious five course-tasting menu, using produce taken from and inspired by Gordon Castle's 8.5acre Walled Garden and Estate, and expertly paired with Gordon Castle's drinks range including its multi-award winning small batch gin.

Each course has been specially created to reflect Gordon Castle's Speyside home and Walled Garden. Given the Castle's proximity to the north east coast, there will be fresh seafood and shellfish. As a nod to the Castle's prime location on the River Spey, Scottish salmon will also feature, along with fresh vegetables and herbs from the Walled Garden and tender Scotch beef.

Angus Gordon Lennox, owner of Gordon Castle said: "Pairing up with Hutchesons was a straight forward decision for us. They have an incredible venue and a reputation for serving up exquisite food. Together we have the products and experience to make this a high quality and, most importantly, enjoyable event.

"Our gin has now won seven awards, we were highly commended for our diversification at the recent Scottish Rural Awards and our food has been shortlisted at the Highlands & Islands Food and Drink Awards - but there's no point in winning all of these awards if people don't experience the product for themselves. This is a great way to introduce the brand in stunning surroundings."

Tickets for the event are £50.
