The evening will indulge diners in a delicious five course-tasting menu, using produce taken from and inspired by Gordon Castle's 8.5acre Walled Garden and Estate, and expertly paired with Gordon Castle's drinks range including its multi-award winning small batch gin.
Each course has been specially created to reflect Gordon Castle's Speyside home and Walled Garden. Given the Castle's proximity to the north east coast, there will be fresh seafood and shellfish. As a nod to the Castle's prime location on the River Spey, Scottish salmon will also feature, along with fresh vegetables and herbs from the Walled Garden and tender Scotch beef.
As well as its food and drink products, Gordon Castle Scotland's range of bath & beauty products, which contain botanicals from Walled Garden, will also be available to sample.
Owners of Gordon Castle, Angus and Zara Gordon Lennox, will be joining diners on the night to tell the Gordon Castle story.
